Oh my stars, I can’t tell you how much I love this session. Madison’s daddy is a seriously amazing chef (I know this first hand!) and Madison herself is an awesome budding culinary artist as well! We had a fun morning ‘At Home’ session aka playdate in the kitchen making oatmeal raisin cookies. Not just any oatmeal raisin. Fabulously delicious want to lick the crumbs off your plate good.
This session is even more special to me, as we’re distant cousins by marriage. We don’t get to see each other much, and it was so great to hang out & catch up!
Have I mentioned how much I lovvve shooting ‘At Home’ sessions?!? They. are. the. best. Photographing Madison in action with her spatula and rolling pin totally made my day. And her stinkin cute apron! She was beyond fun to photograph… beyond!! I enjoyed every second with the fam, and could’ve photographed them all day long.
So so so many favorites, but here are a handful of our time together in the kitchen…
While the cookies were baking, PART 2 happened!! Come take a look HERE at what we did while waiting for these yummy treats to come out of the oven.

Annnddd then it was time for a snack!! Our cookies were done, so we headed back downstairs to taste Madison’s secret recipe oatmeal raisin cookies. Lemme tell you — they were delish!!! We had a cookie & glass of milk together and enjoyed the efforts of this little girl’s hard work. Isn’t she the cutest?!
